Day 32, Decluttering....Magazines/Catalogs 2/1/09, the blogger clock is off...

THEY ARE EVIL!!! Today, I cleaned out my WAY overflowing magazine basket........I tossed last year's phone book & 24 catalogs/magazines. Not all of them, but MOST :D

I'll see what else I can get rid of today :)

Update, Day 31, decluttering

I have now freecycled 10 bags of clothes. Just waiting on them to be picked up ;) You'd think this would have made a dent in our clothes...haha, it hasn't YET.

Decluttering, Day 31

This is part of my 365 days of decluttering, transferred from my other blog Loving Home.

Today I freecycled 6 large black trash bags of clothes :)

All the drawers/closets are full of clothes, about 8 loads to be put away, plus more laundry waiting to be washed. So, this will be an ongoing decluttering project :)

For anyone who doesn't know, we have 7 people (5 kids: Caity 7, Jacob 6, Brea 5, Rory 3 & Cheyanna 8mos). So, we have a lot of clothes, but I am hoping to scale it down over the next week or 2.

This is my new cleaning/decluttering blog. I got the inspiration to separate this from my regular blog when I ran across this blog: Angie is Flying

I have tried MANY times and failed at FlyLady's baby step program. Well, I know you know why....because "I", Ms. PERFECTIONIST...who moi, yes me, could do it ALL. ALL at once. RIGHT NOW!!! That's right, then crash, burn, quit. Sound familiar??? Do you do it too?

Well, come along on my journey to finally get it right!! I promise it will never be a dull moment on my long, rocky road :)

I am going to start on the Baby steps Sunday 2/1 :) But I am going to go ahead and transfer my other decluttering/cleaning stuff now.
